Daniel Desavie and Jean-Pierre Pons met when they were working for Jacques Chibois, the Michelin-starred chef at the Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse. They share a taste for hard work and when De Sa Vie restaurant opened in Valbonne, Jean-Pierre followed Daniel as his sous-chef. A benevolent and devoted worker, Jean-Pierre’s collaboration plays a major part in the development of the restaurant and its continued existence.
