A former colleague of Vergé, Daniel Desavie has fine-tuned his abode in the heart of Sophia Antipolis. Anne and Daniel have succeeded in combining two types of restaurant in the same space – the Gastro side and the Bistro corner – in a warm and cosy setting, where the kindness of their staff will make your day.
